Line or Cut-To-Length, and we do so based on a mix of variables,
such as:
- Different blank volumes.
- Different blank dimensions, such as: length, width, thickness,
trapezoidal angles, etc.
- Line scheduling for given blank volume mix; including the
days for volume turnover and shift patterns.
Our line utilization analysis can be provided
for either existing lines or new Automatic Feed Company manufactured
lines and it is an invaluable tool when calculating ROI for
various purposes, including predicting the benefit of up-grade
to existing line equipment.
